Scottsdale Healthcare’s Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center will be one of only three sites in the nation to conduct clinical trials for new approaches to treating pancreatic cancer, the fourth leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. The trials are being funded through an $18 million grant from Stand Up to Cancer.
